What classes are offered?

We offer diverse training with experienced trainers including kickboxing, boxing, grappling, wrestling, yoga and wellness with flexible timings.

At Thunderbolt MMA club we believe martial arts is more than just fighting, it's a lifestyle. Whether you're here to build strength, improve fitness, learn self defense, or compete in tournaments, our expert trainers guide you every step of the way.

What are the class timings?

Classes are held Monday to Saturday from 6 AM to 10 AM in morning, 3PM to 5PM afternoon for wrestling, 5PM to 6PM for yoga and 6PM to 10PM evening for MMA. We offer specific schedules for each discipline.

Is there a focus on fitness?

Yes, our training emphasizes fitness, self-defense, agility, weight training, stamina, and endurance building for all participants.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely, we welcome beginners and advanced students alike.

Can I participate in tournaments?

Yes, we provide opportunities for interested members to participate in tournaments.

What should I bring to class?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, water, and any personal training gear you may have for optimal performance.
